Alex

Alex is currently a senior in high school and has been passionate about STEM since she was young. She is very interested in engineering, math, and computer science. She joined the Robotics team in 5th grade and is currently the captain of the Greenwich Academy robotics team who were the CT state champions and qualified for the world FTC competition in 2020. She has tutored middle school students privately. Alex is also an active member of the GAINS network, which promotes girls advancing in STEM. During the summer Alex is a lifeguard and a swim instructor at the Field Club of Greenwich since 2019.

Alex is a member of the Science Olympiad team and is captain of the Rocketry Team, and co-founder of the Milling and Design Club. She has taken AP computer science A and AP Physics 1, she is also currently enrolled in AP Physics C, AP Calculus BC. Outside of academics, Alex enjoys swimming, playing with her cats, watching TV, and driving. She can’t wait to meet you!
